- An independent filmmaker and a visual artist.
- Born in Kuwait on 15 November 15 1979.
- Received his Bachelors degree in film from Florida Atlantic University USA.
- Completed a number of short films including: Boiling Over, AKTHAR, Kuwaiti Champion. His first student film, Our Catastrophe Is Still Alive, was chosen for the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival and had a theatrical screening at the Regal Cinemas in Florida.
- Abdullah is a member of various artistic organizations and institutions including: The International Art Association (Paris), The Kuwaiti Theatre (Kuwait), South Florida Independent Film Group (Florida), Orlando Visual Artists League (Florida), Kuwait Arts Association (Kuwait), and Kuwait Cinema Club (Kuwait).
- Losing Ahmad is his first feature-documentary film.
- Won the Special Jury Prize in the GCC Competition for Deserted in Emirates Film Competition (2006). |
